(English) Besides school equipment, there is a big need for a fence around the yard so the children are protected from the traffic.

(English) Only when that is in place the Municipality will grant the full go ahead for the pre-school to function.

(English) Right now we are doing it of our own volition with the knowledge that we are not fully equipped for this venture according to the norms dictated by City Hall. However, this is Africa, and many times it is a matter of going ahead with what is available or not to go ahead at all.
